We are not responsible for delays in claim approvals due to incomplete documentation, third-party processing, or governmental policy changes. While we strive to offer uninterrupted access to our website and services, we make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability.
8. Refund Policy
At Pension Surely, client satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of insurance products and regulatory restrictions, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Premiums: Non-refundable once the coverage period has begun.

One-Time Lifetime Plans: May be refundable within 7 days of purchase if no benefits have been claimed and cancellation is formally requested.

Administrative Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability
Pension Surely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the inability to access our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
